The SN74LVC1G98 device features configurable multiplefunctions.Theoutput state isdeterminedby eightpatternsof3-bit input.Theusercanchoosethe logic functions MUX, AND, OR, NAND, NOR, inverter,andnoninverter.All inputscanbeconnected toVCCorGND.
This device functions as an independent gate, but becauseofSchmittaction, itmayhavedifferent input thresholdlevelsforpositive-going(VT )andnegative- going(VT–)signals.
NanoFree™ package technology is a major breakthroughinICpackagingconcepts,usingthedie asthepackage.
Thisdevice is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow throughthedevicewhenit ispowereddown.
